Subject of research. One of the central places in the English theory of law is the Separation of powers in the UK, including definition, nature and practical aspects of the principle on example of the UK

The separation of powers principle lies at the heart of the British legal system and has a significant impact on political processes worldwide. Studying the British experience allows us to better understand how democratic institutions are built. The UKs state model serves as an example when comparing systems of other countries, especially those transitioning towards mixed forms of government or modernizing their political structures. Knowledge about the peculiarities of the British system helps clarify both advantages and disadvantages of specific elements within power mechanisms. Britain holds an important place in the global community, possessing considerable political weight and international influence.
