CADASTRAL VALUATION OF REAL ESTATE
The paper studies the factors influencing the cadastral value of real estate and the ways of estimating the cadastral value of buildings and apartments.
Cadaster valuation is a state-dependent report that describes specific qualities of urban or rustic real estate. The main aim of cadaster valuation is to determine the cadastral value of immovable property (Cadastral appraisal, 2024).
Considering the factors influencing the cadastral value of real estate, for taxation purposes, the cadastral value states the worth of an immovable property, irrespective of the amount of a mortgage or the amount paid by a person for a house. ………………………………….
