Some features of civil legal relationship:
1.Independence, property isolation and legal equality of subjects of civil law relations;
2.The main legal facts leading to the emergence of a civil legal relationship are transactions, that is, acts of free will of the participants in the legal relationship;
3.The possibility of independently determining the content of a legal relationship by its participants (freedom of contract);
4.The proprietary nature of legal guarantees and liability measures for violation of civil rights and non-fulfillment of civil duties;
5.Mainly the judicial procedure for the protection of violated civil rights.
The structure of the civil legal relationship is subjects, objects and content of the legal relationship.
