Abstract. This article presents a comparative legal analysis of the institution of dismissal of prosecutors from the prosecutor"s office due to loss of confidence. The author explores various legal approaches and mechanisms used in various countries to dismiss prosecutors who have lost confidence. The article discusses the basic principles and procedures governing this institution, as well as the problems associated with its application.
