    Introduction
    Organizational change and the choice of the right management and leadership strategy are necessary and indispensable conditions for the development of the organization, ensuring its growth and high competitiveness. The long-term functioning of an organization consists in its constant development. Organizational development is a regular activity to improve the ways and means by which the organization achieves its goals.
    At the modern stage any changes are impossible without support of management and leadership. The purpose of my work is to define the connection between management, leadership and successful operations of modern business. The direction of my work is to analyze the impact of management and leadership on the operations and success of a modern business. The general hypothesis is the following: successful operation of modern business to a large extent depends on the efficiency of leadership and management in the company. In part 1 such models and concepts will be investigated, as the model of organization development, the model of organization development, and the model oforganization development management. In part 2, we will analyze possible ways of development for modern managers and leaders.
